Succeeding with property investment starts with good management
As somebody that’s had investment properties for years, I’ve learnt the value of carefully managing these assets. Without proper monitoring and oversight from somebody with knowledge and experience of the industry, you’re putting one of your biggest assets at risk. This is particularly true right now with all the legislative changes impacting the property market, and the uncertainty that the fallout from Covid-19 has brought.
Thankfully, with a property under the management of Erin at Fahey Property Management (FPM) Waikato, I have real peace of mind that my biggest asset is in safe hands. As a Councillor for Western Bay of Plenty District Council, I asked around about different property managers; the only name that resonated was FPM. Their reputation for getting great results for owners and knowing the ins and outs of all the rules around property, was what closed the deal.
This is my first property in the Hamilton area. Many I spoke to while researching for the best property manager in the Hamilton area commented on Erin's reliability, consistent attention to detail and the strong relationships she has with both landlords and tenants.
18 months later - I haven’t looked back. I’m adding my voice to the glowing reviews that FPM are getting from Waikato owners because of how hard the team works. I’ve never had problems with tenants or rent payments. Most of all, I know my investment is safe and secure with them taking care of its management. With everything else going on these days, you’d be crazy not to use a property manager that knows their stuff like FPM.
